All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Clients will be billed out-of-pocket for full amount of session with less then 24 hours notice of cancellation. Clients are responsible for payment in full at time services are rendered. Insurance or third party payee may be billed, but upon denied payment, client is responsible for payment in full. Payments received more then 30 days following the date in which services are rendered will be charged a $50.00 per month late fee.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
